Post WOD mobility: Upward dog, 1 minute; Samson stretch, 2 minutes each side; couch stretch, 2 minutes each side; Box prayer stretch, 2 minutes

11 am Strength Class: Deadlift 5 x 5 @ 82%

6:45 pm Mobility Class: Hips/Knees
