Gym cleanup day: Saturday, May 6th, 9 am

*It’s time for some spring cleaning again and ACF staff will be tackling the yearly gym upkeep. If you can spare the time, we would appreciate any help at all. Thank you in advance. You guys are our clan and we appreciate each of you SO much.

 

WOD:  Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Post WOD Mobility: Hamstring smash on racked barbell, 3 minutes each side; Supine hamstring stretch on rig, 2 minutes each

11:00 am Strength Class:  SPEED BENCH 8 x 2 @42% with double reds/double micros
