Handstand walk 10 yards
15 foot L-rope climb, 1 ascent
10 One-legged overhead squats, PVC pipe

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball smash to scapula and/or lats.; Box prayer stretch, 2 minutes; Overhead triceps stretch, 1 minute each; Supine cross legged glute stretch, 2 minutes each side
