20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
3 minute rest (between all rounds)

    Bring your recovery drink, a towel and a whole lot of energy. This one is a monster, it only took 45 minutes for me to finish this program rx. Thanks again for challenging me. See everyone next week I'm back to work in the morning.

    alright Saturdays workout is in the books. i did a modified workout from earlier this week. the 50 double under, 15 burpees and 3 wall walks with the mandatory 1 min rest, was completed in 22 minutes. the modification was i did 25 box jumps instead of double unders (forgot my rope at home).

    those of you at the Mad Mudder have a beer for me and enjoy the race. i will see everyone monday, have a great weekend.
