WOD: AMRAP 25 minutes of:
400 m run
2 Muscle ups
10 Box jumps (30/24”)
Post WOD mobility: Barbell Achilles smash, 3 minutes each side and low dragon, 3 minutes each side

11:00 am Strength class:
Lift: Box squats: 12 x 2: 50% bar, 25% band

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Ankles/calves/knees
