It’s Free Friday again! Anyone new to CrossFit is welcome to come try out one of our classes with no commitment or cost.
Our regular CrossFit classes run at 5 am, 6 am, 8:30 am, 12 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm.
Workouts are modified depending on your ability level and there is no fitness level required to get started in CrossFit, we are happy to welcome everyone and every type!

40 Walking lunges (total)
15 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
Post WOD Mobility: Smash your butt! 3-4 minutes each side and seated glute stretch, 3 minutes each
