Skill work: Hollow body holds (15 sec x 6) and rocks (3 x 10)

WOD: As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
            7 burpee high jumps (jumping to max height reach during jump)
            28 double unders
*Find your max height reach prior to the workout, so you have a target to reach throughout the workout.  And remember, CrossFitters are honest!

    hey jesse or anybody that can help me out. i am out of town and dont think i can get to a gym so i need some ideas or workouts that are just body weight that i could do in a parking lot.

    chico thanks a lot. thats a great list. also i remember somebody talking about a workout from the open i think it was a burpee workout like 7 min as many as possible or something like that.

    what a workout today, i was able to put a score of 8 +7 burpees and 48 singles. it was awesome. thanks everyone see you tomorrow.
