WOD: As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
6 knees to elbows
9 KB swings (53/35 lbs)
12 double unders

MWOD: Lacrosse ball work to lower back, 2-3 minutes each side
              then, QL stretch 1 minute each side, and,
              finish with 20 press ups
