                Seated straddle adductor stretch x 2 minutes

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
            10 hollow body rocks
            15 push presses (115/85 lbs)
            20 sit ups

    Hey, Animas. I hope all is well with all of you. The Masten's are good, but we do miss you guys. I did the work today but my body really doesnt rock looks more like a dying fish. Modified the weight just cause I cant close my hand all the way right now. Going to the doc in the AM, a rumatoid guy going toget it lined out. joint pain sucks. Time 12:29.
