Squat clean: 10 x 2 @ 65% 1RM
WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
15 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
10 Hanging power cleans (95/65 lbs)
100 m run

Post WOD mobility: Lateral quad and TFL smash, 3 minutes each side, then couch stretch with sidebend away, 3 minutes each side

1:00 pm Mobility Class: Anterior chain (quads/hip flexors)  Bring your favorite foam roller or mobility tools!
