Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
OR
“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Post WOD mobility: Triceps smash on racked barbell, then, super front rack stretch (with band), 1 minute each side; Post shoulder capsule stretch, 1 minute each side, banded Lat. stretch on rig, 1-2 minutes each

11:00 am Strength Class: SPEED BENCH 8 x 2 @ 42% with double reds/double micros
