MWOD: Per below video. Pretest your push up and overhead position, then collect 4-5 minutes each side, then retest with push up and overhead position.

WOD: 100 toes to bar for time, every time you drop off the bar, perform 7 push ups

    ouch, that one hurt a little bit, got it done in 11:20 i think i did more push ups, and toe to bars. i modified it with Knees to elbow (wait not done) with my bunker pants on w/boots and everything i carry in my pockets still.
