2 Squat Cleans (225/165 lbs)
7 Knees to elbows

 Post WOD mobility: Hamstrings and Quads

11:00 Strength Class: Max Effort Lower
Lift: Low bar back squat, heavy single
Accessory work: 3 x 3-6 Front squat, 3 x 8-10 glute ham raise, 3 x 15 Seated lat pull downs with band, 3 x 10-15 Leg raises in matador, and 3 x 10 reverse hypers w/ 50% back squat 1RM
Mobility: Hamstring and QL
