100 wall balls (20/14 lbs)
800 m run
Post WOD mobility: Lateral (glutes/TFL) hip smash, 3-4 minutes each, then, seated crossed legged glute stretch (with lean away from the bottom leg), hold 3 minutes

11:00 am Strength class: 

Lift: Box squats: 12 x 2: 60% bar, 25% band
6:30 pm Mobility Class: Posterior high chain (Glutes, hamstrings)
