WOD: AMRAP 20 minutes of:
10 Toes to bar
10 Ring dips
10 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)

We will have a quick meeting this Thursday night at 6:30 pm for anyone interested in volunteering to help at the Reps For Ethan Fundraiser.  We will meet at the gym and we will welcome all volunteers from within and without the gym!
