For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

*Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

What better way to start memorial day.  Suffer to honor.

    puke, crap on yourself, what ever it takes, this man gave his life for his COUNTRY and for US. i was able to Honor this workout today with a time of 1:04:32, and i still have not done enough to honor the memory of LT. Murphy. To those that have served our great nation and those that are still serving, THANK YOU, YOU ARE WHAT MAKES THIS COUNTRY GREAT. For those i know personally again words can not thank you enough, this weekend is for you and your comrade's.
