Skill work: Hollow body rocks: Achieve 3×15 unbroken sets of hollow body rocks

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
400 m run
20 sit ups
20 back extensions

Post WOD mobility work: 15 minutes goat work, 2 areas

*Don’t forget: There will be a Reps for Ethan volunteer meeting at 7:30 tonight, all are welcome.  If you would like to participate in the event, but not do the workout, this is the perfect task for you!
