Post WOD Mobility: Ball smash to scapula, then, box prayer stretch with band and dowel, 3 minutes
11:00 am Strength class: Lift: Seated shoulder press + 30% band, heavy single
Memorial Day Weekend Schedule: Saturday and Sunday: Gym Closed. Monday all regular classes are cancelled, Murph Challenge will run at 9:30 am and 10:45 am followed by a potluck BBQ immediately afterwards, open to all members and the public.
