WOD: “Murph”

For time: Run 1 mile

300 Air squats

200 Push ups

100 Pull ups

Run 1 mile

This workout can be partitioned as needed, or modified by reducing reps/run, into quarter or half Murph as needed.

*We will run this workout at 9 and 10 am, all regular classes are cancelled and we will resume a regular schedule on Tuesday.
