WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Row 250 meters
3 wall walks
30 double unders

Post WOD mobility: Box prayer stretch, 2 minutes; eagle pose, 1 minute each; downward dog, 1 minute

11:00 am Strength Class: Floor press 5 x 5 @ 60% with 1 chain per side
