Thank you to all that participated in Murph today, we had a great turnout for the workout and some AWESOME volunteers that made the BBQ happen, both getting going and cleaning it up.  Our community is so strong, so supportive, and such a joy to be part of.  

Thank you all for participating today.

Skill work: Push Jerk clinic, Achieve 20 reps for quality with a dowel.

WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
100 m run
10 Sit ups
20 Mountain climbers
Post WOD mobility: Quad smash, then, couch stretch 3 minutes each side

11:00 am Strength class: 
Lift: 1 board press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain
