Skill work: Bar muscle up progression, achieve 10-15 for quality
WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
400 m run
20 One arm Kb thrusters (total, 53/35 lbs)
Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball smash to scapula, then, banded box prayer stretch with dowel, 2 minutes and chicken wing IR stretch, 1-2 minutes each side

 

11:00 am Strength class: 
Lift: Box squats: 10 x 2: 50% bar, 25% band

6:30 pm Mobility Class: General Stretching
