“Freebie Friday” WOD:
 For time:
30 Back squats (115/75 lbs)
400 m run
20 Back squats
400 m run
10 Back squats
400 m run

MWOD: Coach’s choice of hamstring and calf mobility work and stretching, 10 minutes post-WOD.

“Freebie Friday” will be consistently offered for new athletes to try out a Workout of the Day on the first Friday of each month.  All are welcome to attend any scheduled CrossFit class today, just show up a few minutes early.  Classes are at 6 am, Noon, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm.  The above workout can be modified for ALL ability and fitness levels.  We look forward to seeing you there!
