5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

6 Toes to bar

7 Box jumps (24/20”)

Post WOD mobility: Ball or roller smash to lower back and ball smash to each QL, then quadruped QL stretch, 2 minutes each side

1:00 pm Mobility Class: Thoracic spine and anterior shoulders
