Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
*Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Post WOD mobility: Shoulder smash of choice, then, rig pec stretch, 1 minute each side; downward dog, 2 minutes; box prayer stretch, 2 minutes; Child’s pose with palms up, 2 minutes
