Lift: Box Squat: 10 x 2, 55% Bar, 25% Chain
Accessory work: 8 x 1 deadlifts: 45% bar 30% band, 3 x 10 Barbell good mornings,
3 x 15 Back extensions, 3 x 20 weighted walking lunges (bar on back), 3 x 25 sit ups,
4 x 100 m sled drag, and 3 x 15 reverse hyper @ 25% 1RM back squat
Mobility: TFL/ITB roll and stretch, then squat sit for 5 minutes
