30 Squat cleans (95/65 lbs)
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters
Post WOD mobility: Smash lat. insertion at shoulder and smash glutes/quads then, couch stretch, 2 minutes each; seated glute stretch, 2 minutes each; rig lat. stretch, 1-2 minutes each.
