Reminder:  Our Teen Girls Summer Program begins Mondat 6/13/16 at 9:00 am!  We still have spots open, if you’re interested in participating just show up 15 minutes early to get going.  This session will run for 3 weeks, 3 days a week on MWF at 9 am.

Sumo deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5
WOD: For time:
12-9-7 of:
Thruster (135/95 lbs)
Burpee box jumps (30/24”)
Post WOD mobility: Achilles smash on barbell and Achilles stretch on rig, 2-3 minutes each

11:00 am Strength Class
Lift: Fat bar sumo deadlift + 20% band, heavy single
