Skill work: Chin up pull overs, to support
WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
5 Muscle ups or pull ups
10 Handstand push ups
50 Double unders
Post WOD Mobility: Scapular smash and box prayer stretch, 2 minutes
*Just a reminder: Children are not allowed in the gym area unless it is Kid’s class time. If kids are in the lobby area, they MUST be well behaved or kids and parents may be asked to leave. Coaches are not babysitters and Animas CrossFit is cannot be responsible for kids left unattended. We do have a great community here, but it’s still a public place. If necessary, please feel free to bring your own babysitter. Thanks!
