WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
100 m Med. Ball run (20/14 lbs)
10 KB swings (53/35 lbs)
15 sit ups
Post WOD mobility: Adductor and medial hamstring smash with ball, then hamstring stretch on rig, with combined abduction and ER, 2 minutes and supine straddle stretch on wall, 2-3 minutes
