WOD: AMRAP 8 minutes of:
10 Toes to bar
10  Deadlift (95/65 lbs)

Post WOD Mobility: Middle split stretch and couch stretch, 2 minute minimum each stretch

11:00 Strength Class: Max Effort Lower
Lift: Back squat, heavy single
Accessory work: 3 x 6-8 Box squats, 3 x 12-15 Stiff legged deadlifts, 2 x 10 Strict toes to bar,
1 x 100 Banded good mornings, and 3 x 10 reverse hypers w/ 50% back squat 1RM
Mobility: Middle split stretch and couch stretch, 2 minute minimum each stretch
