Open Gym: 10am to Noon. This is the time to come in and work on one of your goals or one of your goats. Or just come in and make up a WOD you missed. You are free to do what you want, with the guidance of a coach on site.
Essential Class: 12:00 to 1:30ish. For all new members! This is a mandatory class for all new members, which will make you more efficient and confident when coming to a regular class. All current members are also encouraged to repeat this class as many times as necessary, in order to become proficient in the 9 essential movements of CrossFit.
