Skillwork: Proper Kettlebell Swing (Arms arms fully extended with KB at least a 45 degree angle if not vertical using a crush grip)




WOD:3 rounds for time of: 45 Double unders 15 Kb swings 5 Muscle ups (Sub 2 pull ups and 2 ring dips for 1 MU if you don’t have MU’s)
