Skill work:  Turkish get ups

WOD:  Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
Single arm hang, right arm, 15 seconds
5 Turkish Get-ups, left arm (53/35 lbs)
Single arm hang, left arm, 15 seconds
5 Turkish Get-ups, right arm
30 second L-sit hold

Don’t forget!  *Tonight we are hosting an informal discussion on The Paleo and Zone Diets at 6:30pm.  This is free of charge for all members and for the public, so feel free to bring your family and friends, and feel free to bring in your dinner too!  We will go over the basic implementation of and reasoning for each of the diets, so have your questions ready.  We will also present the most successful program that we have found for beginning a new way of life, because remember Webster’s definition of DIET: food and drink regularly provided or consumed.   We will be exploring a new way of thinking about food and new way of consuming food and drink, for life, not just until you see temporary results.
We hope to see you there, this is the first step on the journey.
