WOD: EMOM for 10 minutes:
1 Deadlift (315/225 lbs)
4 Burpees
8 KB swings (70/53 lbs)

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball smash to QL, then quadruped QL stretch 2 minutes each side
OR psoas smash with KB and ½ kneeling psoas stretch with sidebend away, 2 minutes each

1:00 pm Mobility Class: Shin/Calf/Ankle/Foot
