Skill work:  For time: Overhead barbell carry 200 m (95/65 lbs)

Partner WOD: For time:
40 Front squats (135/95 lbs)
100 Double unders
40 Clean and jerks (135/95 lbs)
Row 750 m
40 Bar-facing burpees
100 Double unders
400 m Partner run with medicine ball (20/14 lbs)

*Partner 1 works on above reps, while Partner 2 completes a 100 m double KB front rack carry. Partners rotate when partner 2 returns from carry.  When second set of DU is complete, partners complete last run together, rotating med. ball as needed.

Mobility work: Partner quad and adductor smash, 2-3 minutes each leg, then, couch stretch 2 minutes each and seated straddle stretch, 2 minutes each
