Box Squat: 12 x 2, 50% Bar, 25% Chain

WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
15 Goblet squats (53/35 lbs)
20 Russian KB swings (53/35 lbs)

Post WOD Mobility: Hamstrings and quads

11:00 Strength Class: Max Effort Lower

Lift: Box squat, heavy single
Accessory work: 3 x 6-8 Front squats, 3 x 12-15 partner GHR’s, 1 x 100 Banded good mornings, 3 x 15 Leg raises in matador, 3x 100 m sled drags, and 3 x 10 reverse hypers w/ 50% back squat 1RM
Mobility work: Smash hamstrings and stretch 2 minutes each
