50 Walking lunges (total)
40 Push presses (75/55 lbs)
30 Pull up
20 Hanging snatches (75/55 lbs)
10 Ground to shoulder with atlas stone
20 Hanging snatches (75/55 lbs)
30 Pull ups
40 Push presses (75/55 lbs)
50 Walking lunges (total)
Post WOD mobility: Glute smash on roller or ball, then supine cross legged glute stretch, 3 minutes each and pigeon pose, 2 minutes each

 

11:00 am Strength class:
Lift: Box squats: 10 x 2: 60% bar, 25% band

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Neck/Shoulders/Thoracic spine
