Post WOD mobility: Couch stretch, 2 minutes each side; seated forward fold, 2 minutes; super front rack stretch with band, 1 minute each; pec. stretch on rig, 1 minute each side

11:00 am Strength Class: Bench press: 5 x 3 against double bands
