It’s Free Friday again!! We challenge each member to bring in a friend today to get re-started or try out a class for the first time.  Classes are at 5 am, 6 am, 8:30 am, 12 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm.  All classes are free today for new or returning members.

Reminder: We will be closed Saturday – Monday.
