Our second Teen Girls Summer Program begins Monday, July 11th. This 3 week program will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9 to 10 am and is open to girls, ages 12-16.
In addition to safe and age-specific CrossFit programming, we will discuss what it means to be an empowered girl, to support each other, and to be strong in all ways.

Post WOD mobility: Box shoulder prayer stretch with dowel and band, 3 minutes
Chicken wing stretch with dowel, 2 minutes each

11:00 am Strength class:
Lift: Box squats: 12 x 2: 50% bar, 25% band
6:30 pm Mobility Class: Knees, ankles, feet
