Why should kids do CrossFit? We want them to learn from a young age that exercise is fun. When kids learn this early, it will provide them with a lifelong love of activity and fitness. We still haves a few spots open on our Kids’ Summer Programs, starting July 10th.
Ages 5-6 Wednesdays 9:45 – 10:15 am
Ages 7-11 Tuesday and Thursdays 9:45 – 10:30 am
WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:
275/205 pound Deadlift, 3 reps
115/75 pound Push press, 7 reps
Post WOD mobility: Hamstring stretch on rig, 2 minutes each; quadruped wrist flexor stretch, 1 minute; chicken wing stretch, 1 minute each
