1. 6:30 pm Monday night we are offering a free clinic with Thomas Yellow Eyes. Come in and learn how take care of your body while getting in the best shape of your life. A 4 pack of RX bars goes to the members that brings in the most (new to us) friends! Thomas is a NASM personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise and sports performance. This clinic will be extremely valuable to anyone wishing to improve their performance, rehab or prevent injury, and enjoy their workouts even more.
2. Our Teen Girls Empowerment Summer Session begins Monday at 9 am! This program is for girls ages 12-16 and will run for 3 weeks, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 am. We have a few spots open for last minute registrations, just show up by 8:45 am with a parent to sign.
