20 Grasshoppers (each side)
10 Power cleans (135/95 lbs)

Post WOD Mobility: Hip flexors

11:00 Strength Class: Max Effort Lower
Lift: Back squat + chain set @ 25% 1RM, heavy single
Accessory work: 3 x 6-8 wide stance box squats, 3 x 20 banded barbell good mornings, 3 x 20 barbell lunges (total), 3 x 15 banded leg raises, and 3 x 10 reverse hypers w/ 50% back squat 1RM
Mobility: Thoracic spine, double lacrosse ball work on extension
