Skill work: Hollow body pull ups, Achieve 20-30 for quality

WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls (53/35 lbs)
75 Double unders

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball to QL, 3 minutes each side, then, quadruped QL stretch, 1-2 minutes each

11:00 am Strength class: 
Lift: Box squats: 12 x 2: 55% bar, 25% band

6:30 pm Mobility Class: General stretching
