WOD: For time: 1 mile run

then,

10 rounds for time of:
5 pull ups
10 box jumps (24/20″)
15 KB swings (53/35 lbs)

Hey all!  Due to a trend we are seeing on Mondays at 4:30 pm, we are going to begin encouraging you all to sign up for classes on our website.  If you use the link that says “Pay Online Here” you can also sign up for classes there.  You will need to set up an account if you don’ have one yet.  We will cap classes at 15 athletes, and as time goes on and you all get accustomed to signing in early, this will be enforced for many reasons.  Please remember we are doing this in order to maintain quality of coaching and safety in our classes.  As we have stated above, we are only seeing repeatedly overcrowded classes on Mondays at 4:30 pm.  We do need to take action to ensure a quality class at that time, but there is plenty of room in all of our other classes, 5:30 pm included.  Please let us know if you have any questions and thanks in advance for your cooperation!
