WOD: Five rounds for load and time​ of: ​
15 Handstand Push-ups
5 Deadlifts
Post WOD mobility:​
​Lacrosse ball smash to scapular musculature, then, box prayer
stretch, 2-3 minutes each; Chicken wing stretch, 1 minute each side, active bilateral hamstring
stretch (bottom of good morning), 1 minute
11:00 am Strength: DYU
7:00pm Yoga
