WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
800 m run
20 KB swings (53/35 lbs)
15 burpees

11:00 am Strength class:  Lift: Box squats: 10 x 2: 60% bar, 25% band

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Overhead position work (for Oly. lifting, OHS, press progression and hanging movements)
