11:00 Strength Class: Max Effort Lower
Lift: Front squat, heavy single
Accessory work: 3 x 6-8 Snatch width grip deadlift
3 x 15 Banded leg curls
3 x 15 Box squats
1 x 100 Banded good mornings
3 x 15 Leg raises in matador
3 or 4  x 10 reverse hypers w/ 50% back squat 1RM
