Skill work: Weighted Planks 3 x 1 minute on: 30 seconds off

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
40 Double unders
20 Med. ball Cleans (20/14 lbs)
5 Wall walks

Post WOD mobility: Athlete’s choice

6:30 pm Movement and Mobility Hopper Class: Ankles/Calves: This class is beneficial for all of you, but even moreso if you have foot, ankle, knee, or hip pain, and/or trouble keeping your heels down during squats or pistols.
